Thomas A. Bauer & Associates P.C. CPAs was formed on November 23, 1987 as a professional corporation (P.C.). Originally established in Schaumburg, we have now been in Bloomingdale for over 20 years. The firm prepares monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements for small businesses, as well as performing requested consulting engagements and their required business tax returns. In addition, we provide income tax preparation services for individuals and their families.
Federal and state licensing requirements mandate that we obtain continuing professional education through coursework and seminars, to ensure that we are up to date on the most recent tax law changes. We must obtain 120 continuing professional education hours over three years, with a minimum of 20 hours each year. Our continual investment of time and resources in continuing education, as well as in state-of-the art technology and extensive business relationships is indicative of our commitment to excellence.
